WHAT IS MATCHA?

Matcha is a powder form of green tea that is mainly from Japan.

HOW IS MATCH DIFFERENT FROM REGULAR GREEN TEA?

Unlike green tea, with matcha tea you consume the tea leaf giving you the full benefits and antioxidants from the tea plant. The leaves of the tea plant are stripped of there veins and stems and ground into a fine powder we call Matcha. Matcha has 137 times more antioxidants than regular green tea. 1 cups of matcha has more health benefits than 10 cups of green tea.

WHAT ARE THE INGREDIENTS IN YOUR TEA?

We only have 3 ingredients: Organic Matcha, 12grams of pure cane sugar and natural raspberry extract 

WILL MATCHA MAKE ME HEALTHY?

We can not make any claims as to how healthy matcha will make you. What we do know is that matcha is packed with a high concentration of antioxidants, and studies have found it to lower blood pressure, and blood sugar. The most important part, our matcha is pure and has not been mixed with any rice powders or anything else. Consult your medical professional regarding the health benefits you can receive from matcha. 

CAN I DRINK IT COLD?

Yes, of course. For some of our customers iced matcha is there favorite way to drink our tea. You can also make it hot, or even add it to a lattes or cook with it.

WHEN DOES YOUR TEA EXPIRE?

Our tea can be used several years after opening the package, but for peak freshness we place a expiration date on each bag. Usually one year from the date of manufacturing.

DOES IT CONTAIN CAFFEINE?

Yes, our matcha contains natural caffeine about 33 milligrams

CAN I DRINK MATCHA IF IM CONCEIVING, PREGNANT OR BREASTFEEDING?

We cannot answer that question because we are not medical professionals. Please consult a medical professional regarding all questions related to health.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I DRINK MATCHA TEA? 

We recommend drinking 1-2 cups of matcha a day. Either as a morning wake up or afternoon pick me up beverage.

WHEN WILL I EXPECT MY PACKAGE?

Expect your tea, 5-10 business days from time of order. International Orders could take 5-15 business days depending on location. If you need it sooner please email customer service. Email: customerservice@teasmecompany.com

WHY ISN'T THE TRACKING LINK WORKING AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER?

It usually takes 24-48 hours for tracking to update after your payment has cleared. In some cased payment will not clear 3-4 days after you have placed order. Once payment is cleared email and tracking will be emailed to you.

STILL DON'T HAVE MY PACKAGE, WHAT DO I DO?

Check your tracking number and contact the shipping company. In some cases they have attempted to deliver your package and decided not to leave your package at your home and will take it back to the facility.

WHEN CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Your order can be canceled before you have been issued a tracking number. Once the tracking number has been issued your package is in the mail and heading to your desired location.

CAN I RECIEVE A REFUND? 

Yes, we offer refunds to first time customers if you are not satisfied with our tea. We do not offer returns because this is a consumable product and we cannot be sure the tea has not be compromised. This is for customers protection.  

IS MY PRIVACY PROTECTED?

At Tea's Me, your privacy is always on the forefront of our minds. This is why we will never sell, share or release your information to any 3rd party. All information we collect is for the use of the customer and Tea's Me interaction with the customer at hand.
